Why does Tile Genie launch before the website?
--Due to security reasons, Windows does not allow a tile to launch another app. Therefore we are not able to launch Internet Explorer directly. The only way that we are able to launch a website is to open our app, and launch a website (essentially a hyperlink that we embed on launch when clicking on your custom tiles). If we could make this more direct, we would. This is not so we can make money on ads -in fact may have the opposite effect and limit ad revenue due to the short duration of the impression

Can you make it so that I only have to click 'Pin to Start' once?
--The only way to pin a tile on your start screen is by having you click on it physically. If you didn't have to click each tile, then apps could have the power to add infinite tiles to your start screen. This could be annoying if you didn't actually want them doing this.

Can you arrange the tiles on the Start Screen!
--We have no ability to control where or how tiles are placed on the start screen. In our perfect world, we would create a new group and add the tiles there directly, but alas, Windows does not allow this.

Can I remove the ads?
--We are creating the ability to pay $1.49 to remove the ads. It should be available in the next release.

Can I have a rotating photo on my tile?
--We should have this working in the next version. If you choose to do this, please note that Tile Genie will have to be running in order to cycle through photos. Please note that Tile Genie does not take up a lot of memory to run in the background.
